Prerequisites: Passed Semi-Pro or Static Heels Inter or equivalent. Confident with shoulder mount, ayesha, extended butterfly, brass monkey.

SPICY Old School (SOS)

Spicy Old School focuses on choreographies inspired by skrippers. Embrace the sultry and fluid movements influenced by the world of exotic dancers. This class offers a safe and supportive space to explore your femininity and self-expression without judgement and will leave you feeling strong, sexy, confident, and empowered.

Prerequisites: Completed one term of Intro to Pole.

STATIC HEELS BEGINNER

Learn techniques to understand both generating and controlling your momentum on a static pole. Using these techniques, you will get to explore using your momentum to create seamless transitions and dynamic moves.

Prerequisites: Passed Novice.

STATIC HEELS Inter

Once you have mastered your movements and transition on a static pole, it is time to take it up a notch. Explore the world of static pole tricks and find new pathways to glide and move around a static pole in Static Heels Inter.

Prerequisites: Passed Amateur or Static Heels Beginner or equivalent. Confident with jamilla, handstand stag, outside leg hang.

FLOOR FVCKERY

Command the dance floor with confidence in Floor Fvckery where you'll learn a choreography involving a variety of floorwork techniques, such as legwork, shoulder rolls, and transitions. This class enhances your balance, coordination, and spatial awareness all while allowing you to explore your sensuality.
