SULTRY FLOW ARTISTRY

Tap into your sensuality and unleash your inner seductress with Sultry Flow Artistry. This mentorship is designed to guide you in connecting with your femininity and unique sultry style, drawing from the raw, powerful influence of stripper-style pole dance. Through focused sessions on musicality, movement styling, the art of prop play, and lap dancing techniques, you’ll develop the skills to captivate and engage. To wrap up the mentorship, there will be a video shoot at the end of the term. Whether you’re stepping into this style for the first time or refining your seductive finesse, Sultry Flow Artistry will empower you to express, embody, and own your sensuality on the pole and beyond.

Prerequisites: Everyone regardless of fitness background is welcome!


MUSCLE MOLLY

Level up your pole strength and conquer some the most challenging tricks in pole dance with Muscle Molly! This mentorship focuses on building the power and technique needed for strength-heavy moves, like the deadlift and muscle up. Each term, you'll dive into the fundamentals of such tricks. Whether you're working towards mastering complex moves or want to push your strength limits, Muscle Molly will guide you through every step.

Prerequisites: Varies with each term. Contact us for an assessment.


AYESHA MASTERCLASS

From twisted grip to football grip, this masterclass is all about ayeshas. Starting with your twisted, cup and true grip, we will explore various entries and transitions put together in short combos before mastering the more advanced grips - elbow, forearm and football grip. Join our Ayesha Masterclass and collect them all!

Prerequisites: Confident in holding outside leg hang, inside leg hang and brass monkey.


DEADLIFT MASTERCLASS

The deadlift is a common goal for experienced pole dancers as this trick is a test of both strength and technique. Our Deadlift Masterclass is specifically designed to help you build strength and awareness in engaging the muscle groups used in deadlifting. You will also learn the proper form and technique for twisted, cup and true grip deadlifts. Bonus: Depending on your progression, you may even achieve your aerial deadlift!

Prerequisites: Confident in any grip ayesha from any entry, deadhang and shoulder mount.


POLE FUNDATIONS

Build the foundational strength and confidence to support your own bodyweight on the pole. Expect conditioning and cross training in class while honing foundational tricks such as climbs, spin variations and the ever elusive straddle a.k.a chopper.

This term will be focused on building push-pull strength for beautiful fairy spins and climbs and descending into your outside leg hangs. (Psst… this is good conditioning for inverts 😉)

Prerequisites: Novice Repeater. Able to execute a pole climb, sit and have attempted invert from the floor.
